Essential Healthcare Group is a single specialty gastroenterology practice comprised of four providers: Richard Caruso, MD, Brianna Brancato, PA-C, Sandra Yoo, PA-C and Patricia Greenwood, PA-C. Dr. Caruso has been proudly serving the Sussex County community for over 25 years with locations in both Lewes and Millville.

We specialize in a myriad of GI procedures, including colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and upper endoscopy (EGD). Procedures are performed in our fully accredited Endoscopy Center on Kings Highway. We also maintain privileges to perform procedures and see patient at Beebe Hospital.
